Learning and using Emotional Tapping can make obvious changes in how easy, fun and profitable your life is. Tapping therapy is a miraculous tool with the power to clear even decades-old hurts and wounds.

1.  Argue

Have fun when you tap – argue!  Tap giving voice to the reasons for staying stuck and the reasons for changing.  Say the logical and emotional reasons you should do that thing and the reasons you should;t.  The reasons you hate it and the reasons you love it.

With this method, you give two parts of you a voice.  It can help resolve inner resistance.  Making a decision can be much easier.  It can bring clarity where before you just felt confusion..

2.  Simply Tap

Tapping the meridian points helps energize the body, calm emotions and balance thoughts. Additionally, since all the uncleared issues are always running unconsciously, tapping without words helps resolve those issues. 

Any time you think of it, tap.  No set-up needed, no words needed, just tapping.  It’s the easiest way there is to make progress on your issues.

3.  Refuse to Change

Inside each of us is a bratty little kid.  Let her be heard!  He wants you to listen!  Do EFT tapping while stating your refusal to change. 

Say things like this:  You’ll never make me change.  Don’t try to make me.  I will not do it.  I don’t have to do what you say.  You’re not in control of me.  It’s not gonna happen.  You can’t tell me what to do.

How you feel after doing this can be a big surprise.  Try it!

4.  Tap Appreciation

You can improve your vibration, the law of attraction and your joy, by tapping appreciation.  You can tap on all the things you appreciate in your life, the world, your home, your work, the people in your life.  It’s the improvement in your vibe that matters, not the object of your appreciation.

5.  Tap Into Your Future

You can influence your future by imagining things you would like to happen.  Do this by starting tapping phrases with “I’m looking forward to…”  Complete that statement by saying things you know are going to happen, things you intend to make happen and things you would love to happen in your future. 

Make this tapping technique a habit and you will feel more joy in life, increase your positive vibe and law of attraction and help you attract more abundance in all areas of your life.
